OWNER
As the owner, several documents are necessary:
- Copy identity card of the seller: each person who owns the property
- Property title
- Expenses for building: sent by the condominium. This document presents all the fees you paid for the management of the building. It’s especially important for the fees that we will ask to your tenant, on this document there is a renting part.
- Survey: REQUIRED. All the information provided by the survey is essential for the tenant. The price will be different if it’s an apartment (depends on the size +/- 200 to 300 €) or a house (400-550 €).

- Electricity diagnosis
- Gas diagnosis
- The risk state of lead exposure
- State of natural and technologic risks
To help you, for sure, we can refer to you some surveyor :
- Invoices concerning electricity, water, gas… : we will prepare for the tenant a summary of all the contracts he has to take for the management of the apartment. You won’t do any changing yourself, we will take care of this with the tenant.

As the tenant, find below the list of all documents we will need for an annual rental:

. Trader, Craftsperson ou Professional activity (more than 2 years) :

- Certificate from the financial which confirms the incomes of the year

Zone Tendue: 10,00 € / m 2
INVENTORY AT THE ENTRANCE
Tarif Unique: 3,00 € / m 2

We don’t do rental management so all the payment of the rent and the inventory of the
check-out won’t be in charge by the agency.
SEASONAL RENTAL: To the tenant
. 25 % HT of the rent + seasonal tax (5% of the price regarding the governmental rules)
. Inventory check-in / check-out + cleaning fee
